Section 31-28-28 - Unauthorized possession of official signs or markers as misdemeanor.
31-28-28. Unauthorized possession of official signs or markers as misdemeanor. No person may possess any sign, guide board, mileage post, signal, or marker erected by the state or by any governmental subdivision unless obtained in a legal manner.
