Section 31-28-20 - Commercial advertising--Violation as misdemeanor.

31-28-20. Commercial advertising--Violation as misdemeanor. No person may place or maintain nor may any public authority permit upon any highway any traffic sign or signal bearing any commercial advertising. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.
