31-28-11. Markings to conform to uniform national signing standards on streets and roads constructed with federal aid. On any street or road constructed with federal aid, the location, form, character of informational regulatory warning signs, curb and pavement, or other markings and traffic signals, shall conform to uniform national signing standards.Source: SL 1945, ch 121; SDC Supp 1960, § 28.0904-1; SL 1984, ch 207, §§ 7, 71.
