Section 31-25-6 - Authority of governing body required--Removal of livestock guard on order of governing body.
31-25-6. Authority of governing body required--Removal of livestock guard on order of governing body. No livestock guards shall be constructed under § 31-25-4, unless constructed by or under the express authorization of the governing body having jurisdiction over such highways, provided that such livestock guards may be removed or ordered removed by such governing bodies whenever such livestock guards shall be deemed no longer necessary.Source: SL 1953, ch 154, § 1; SL 1959, ch 140, § 1; SDC Supp 1960, § 28.0910-1.
