Section 31-19-5 - Omitted defendants--Amendment of petition.
31-19-5. Omitted defendants--Amendment of petition. If any person who is a proper party defendant to such proceeding, or any property affected thereby, shall have been omitted from said petition or notice, the plaintiff may file amendments to the same, which amendments from the filing thereof shall have the same effect as though contained in said petition and notice.Source: SL 1939, ch 113, § 5; SDC Supp 1960, § 28.13A05.
