Section 31-19-41.1 - Uneconomic remnant from land acquisition by county or first or second class municipality.
31-19-41.1. Uneconomic remnant from land acquisition by county or first or second class municipality. A county or first or second class municipality acquiring right-of-way for a highway or street improvement with federal-aid funds shall offer to acquire any remaining property remnant if the acquisition of only part of the property would leave its owner with an uneconomic remnant.Source: SL 1983, ch 229.
