Section 31-15-5 - Revenue bond issue authorized.
31-15-5. Revenue bond issue authorized. For the purpose of defraying the cost of acquiring or purchasing a bridge described in § 31-15-3, every municipality or county may borrow money and issue negotiable bonds without pledging or using the credit of such municipality or county.Source: SL 1945, ch 118, § 3; SDC Supp 1960, § 28.1435.
