Section 31-15-3 - Authority of municipality or county to acquire toll bridge.
31-15-3. Authority of municipality or county to acquire toll bridge. Every municipality or county in this state is hereby authorized and empowered to purchase or otherwise acquire, equip, maintain, operate, and improve any interstate toll bridge within or partly within the corporate or territorial limits of such municipality or county or within five miles thereof, whether the same be all within or partly without this state, under the provisions of §§ 31-15-1 to 31-15-19, inclusive.Source: SL 1945, ch 118, § 2; SDC Supp 1960, § 28.1434.
