Section 31-15-14 - Employment of personnel by bridge commission.
31-15-14. Employment of personnel by bridge commission. Each bridge commission constituted under § 31-15-9 may employ engineers, attorneys, and all other employees deemed necessary, and fix a compensation thereof as well as the compensation of the person or persons performing the duties of secretary and treasurer.Source: SL 1945, ch 118, § 5; SDC Supp 1960, § 28.1437.
