31-12-21. Purchase of maintenance equipment authorized. The board of county commissioners is hereby empowered to purchase drags, road planers, tractors, and other approved mechanical devices to maintain properly the county highway system.Source: SL 1919, ch 333, § 43; SDC 1939, § 28.0312.
