Section 31-11-44 - Annual hearing on maintenance continuation of private roads.
31-11-44. Annual hearing on maintenance continuation of private roads. The board of county commissioners shall annually hold a public hearing on the continuance of the maintenance of private roads by the county. Such hearing shall be published pursuant to § 31-11-42.Source: SL 1994, ch 238, § 4.
