Section 31-11-42 - Hearing on petition for maintenance of private roads--Notice.
31-11-42. Hearing on petition for maintenance of private roads--Notice. If the board of county commissioners receives a petition pursuant to § 31-11-41, the board shall schedule a public hearing to be held within thirty days of receipt of such petition. The board of county commissioners shall publish a notice of such hearing once a week for two successive weeks in the legal newspapers of the county.Source: SL 1994, ch 238, § 2.
