Section 31-8-12 - Public way connected with facility--Consent of highway authority required.
31-8-12. Public way connected with facility--Consent of highway authority required. No municipal street, county or state highway, or other public way may be opened into or connected with any controlled-access facility without the consent and previous approval of the highway authority in the state, county, or municipality having jurisdiction over the controlled-access facility.
