Section 31-6-8 - Allocation of federal funds for construction of roads requested by commissioners.
31-6-8. Allocation of federal funds for construction of roads requested by commissioners. The Transportation Commission shall allocate a minimum of fifty percent of the federal-aid secondary highway construction funds allocated to the state for secondary roads to be expended for the construction of roads as requested by the county commissioners of the respective counties.Source: SL 1989, ch 251, § 4.
