Section 31-4-8 - Rerouting of trunk highways onto interstate highways.
31-4-8. Rerouting of trunk highways onto interstate highways. The department may reroute portions of the state trunk highway system onto the national system of interstate highways. The department may delete portions of the state trunk highway system if they have been rerouted onto the national system of interstate highways if feasible and in the best interest of the State of South Dakota.Source: SL 1963, ch 192; SL 2010, ch 145, § 18.
