Section 31-4-15.2 - Fishing from bridge--Signs.
31-4-15.2. Fishing from bridge--Signs. The Transportation Commission may by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 allow persons to fish from a bridge on the state trunk highway system. If such a rule is promulgated the bridge shall be signed to indicate that fishing is allowed from the bridge.Source: SL 1987, ch 210, § 41.
