2006 South Dakota Code - 62-8-5 — Coverage not retrospective.

     62-8-5.   Coverage not retrospective. The provisions of this chapter shall apply only to cases of occupational disease in which the last injurious exposure in an occupation subject to the hazards of such disease occurred on or after July 1, 1947.
