2006 South Dakota Code - 62-8-3 — Contracted and incurred defined.

     62-8-3.   Contracted and incurred defined. The terms "contracted" and "incurred," as used in this chapter when referring to an occupational disease, shall be deemed the equivalent of the phrase "arising out of and in the course of," as used in the workers' compensation law.
