2006 South Dakota Code - 62-8-19 — Disability or death from silicosis with complication of tuberculosis--Amount ofcompensation.

     62-8-19.   Disability or death from silicosis with complication of tuberculosis--Amount of compensation. In case of disability or death from silicosis, complicated with tuberculosis of the lungs, compensation shall be payable as for uncomplicated silicosis, provided, however, that the silicosis was an essential factor in causing such disability or death.
