     62-4-33.   Claims of employees of Department of Transportation or Cement Plant Commission--Payment from department funds. Sections 3-12A-33 to 3-12A-35, inclusive, do not apply to the State Cement Plant Commission. The commission shall pay claims from funds available for the maintenance of the commission, or may procure insurance as provided in §§ 62-5-2 and 62-5- 3.
