2006 South Dakota Code - 62-4-19 — Payment of death benefits to personal representative--Release of employer fromobligation.

     62-4-19.   Payment of death benefits to personal representative--Release of employer from obligation. The payment of compensation by the employer to the personal representative of the deceased employee pursuant to § 62-4-18 shall relieve him of all obligation as to the distribution of such compensation and payment by the personal representative to the distributees shall be made pursuant to the order of the court making the appointment.
