2006 South Dakota Code - 35-4-45 — Bonded warehouse permitted to store beverages--Bond required.

     35-4-45.   Bonded warehouse permitted to store beverages--Bond required. Any bonded warehouse within South Dakota may, upon compliance with the provisions of this section, receive alcoholic beverages for storage purposes. Before so receiving any such beverages, such bonded warehouse must furnish, in addition to any bond previously furnished under the general laws, a bond in the amount of ten thousand dollars guaranteeing that such bonded warehouse, its officers, employees, and agents will comply with all provisions of this chapter and chapter 35-5 applicable to such bonded warehouse. The bond must be in such form as prescribed by the secretary and approved by and filed with him.
