34-37-16.1. Period during which discharge of fireworks permitted--Violation as misdemeanor. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it is unlawful for a person to discharge fireworks in this state after the fifth day of July or prior to the twenty-seventh day of June. A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor.Source: SL 1983, ch 259, § 7.
