34-25-38. Cemetery to require burial, removal, disinterment, or transit permit--Promulgation of rules. No person in charge of any premises in which interments are made, shall inter, or permit the interment, disinterment, or other disposition of any body, unless it is accompanied by a burial, removal, disinterment, or transit permit.
