34-14-15. Revocation of license to obtain animals for research--Procedure. The State Department of Health upon compliance with chapter 1-26, may revoke the license granted any institution:
(1) If the institution has violated any
provisions of §§ 34-14-6 to 34-14-13, inclusive;
or
(2) Has failed to comply with the
conditions required by the State Department of Health in respect to
the issuance of such license.
