2006 South Dakota Code - 34-13-17 — New license issued after suspension or revocation.

     34-13-17.   New license issued after suspension or revocation. If a license is revoked as provided in § 34-13-14, a new application for license may be considered by the board when, and after, the conditions upon which revocation was based, have been corrected and evidence of this fact has been satisfactorily furnished. A new license may then be granted after proper inspection has been made and all provisions of this chapter and rules and regulations hereunder as heretofore and hereinafter provided have been complied with.
