2006 South Dakota Code - 3-6-5.1 — Temporary, inmate, and student employees\' holiday compensation.

     3-6-5.1.   Temporary, inmate, and student employees' holiday compensation. No temporary or emergency employee nor any patient, inmate, or student employee, as defined by any rules promulgated by the Career Service Commission pursuant to chapter 1-26, shall receive any compensation for any holiday as defined in § 1-5-1; provided, however, such employee shall be compensated for any hours actually worked on such holidays.
