22-33-10. Burning within a structure where person is lawfully confined--Felony. Any person who intentionally and without authorization of the person in charge of a place of confinement, sets fire to, burns, or causes to be burned any material, object, or substance within a structure knowing there is lawfully confined therein any person, is guilty of a Class 6 felony.Source: SL 1981, ch 180; SL 2005, ch 120, § 96.
