ARTICLE 1 The Archives Act

Code Commissioner's Note
At the direction of the Code Commissioner, Sections 60-11-150 through 60-11-180 have been deleted, as they expired on December 31, 2016, as provided in 2008 Act No. 247, Section 3.
Editor's Note
2008 Act No. 247, Section 3, provides as follows:
"Unless specifically reauthorized by act of the General Assembly, the South Carolina Civil War Sesquicentennial Advisory Board expires on December 31, 2016. Before December 31, 2016, the board shall submit a report of its activity to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House."
- Section 60-11-150 to 60-11-180. Repealed.
