Section 62-7-407. Evidence of oral trust.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 62-7-407 (2021)
Except as otherwise required by statute, a trust need not be evidenced by a trust instrument. The creation of an oral trust and its terms may be established only by clear and convincing evidence.
