Section 13-1-1440. Bonds to be lawful investments.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 13-1-1440 (2021)
It shall be lawful for all executors, administrators, guardians, committees and other fiduciaries to invest any moneys in their hands in bonds issued under the provisions of this article.
