Section 11-35-810. Creation of Materials Management Office.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 11-35-810 (2021)
There is hereby created, within the Division of Procurement Services, a Materials Management Office to be headed by the Materials Management Officer.

Editor's Note
2019 Act No. 41, Section 80, provides as follows:
"SECTION 80. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to solicitations issued after that date."
Effect of Amendment
2019 Act No. 41, Section 12, substituted "Division of Procurement Services" for "Office of General Services".
