Chapter 35 - South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code
Section 11-35-4315. Unauthorized award or modification of a contract.

Universal Citation: SC Code § 11-35-4315 (2021)

The board may provide by regulation for appropriate action where it is discovered either: (a) that a person lacking actual authority has made an unauthorized award or modification of a contract, or (b) that a contract award or modification is otherwise in violation of the Consolidated Procurement Code or these regulations.

Editor's Note

2019 Act No. 41, Section 80, provides as follows:

"SECTION 80. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to solicitations issued after that date."
