Section 11-35-2060. Material changes prohibited.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 11-35-2060 (2021)
A change order or a contract modification may not alter a contract in a manner or degree inconsistent with the underlying purposes and policies of this code or the regulations of the board.

At the direction of the Code Commissioner, Section 11-35-1610, as added by 2019 Act No. 41, Section 28, was redesignated as Section 11-35-2060 and placed under Subarticle 9.
Editor's Note
2019 Act No. 41, Section 80, provides as follows:
"SECTION 80. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to solicitations issued after that date."
