Chapter 102 - Athlete Agents And Student Athletes
Section 59-102-150. Violations and penalties.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 59-102-150 (2020)
An athlete agent who violates Section 59-102-140 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than three years, or both.
