Section 46-27-830. Change of labeling and claims.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 46-27-830 (2020)
The labeling and claims filed pursuant to Section 46-27-820 shall not be changed during a fiscal year for which registration has been made without the consent of the Commissioner.
