Section 25-1-4050. Rights and protections provided to dependents of servicemembers.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 25-1-4050 (2020)
A dependent of a servicemember engaged in military service has the same rights and protections provided to a servicemember pursuant to Section 25-1-4060 and Subchapter II, Chapter 50, Title 50 of the U.S.C.

Editor's Note
2019 Act No. 23, Section 3, provides as follows:
"SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor and applies to contracts entered into on or after that date."
