HISTORY: Former Section, titled Report to General Assembly on transfer of funds resulting from transfers for responsibilities between agencies during consideration of general appropriation act, had the following history: 1981 Act No. 178, Part II, Section 34; 2005 Act No. 164, Section 3, eff June 10, 2005. Repealed by 2018 Act No. 246, Section 9, eff July 1, 2018.
