Chapter 17 - Paternity And Child Support
Section 63-17-3030. Initiating or responding tribunals.

Universal Citation: SC Code § 63-17-3030 (2019)

Under this article, a tribunal of this State may serve as an initiating tribunal to forward proceedings to a tribunal of another state and as a responding tribunal for proceedings initiated in another state or a foreign country.

Effect of Amendment

2015 Act No. 33, Section 1, inserted "a tribunal of" before "another state" and inserted "or a foreign country" at the end.
