Section 12-37-2615. Penalties for violation of Section 12-37-2610.

Universal Citation: SC Code § 12-37-2615 (2019)

Any person who violates the provisions of Section 12-37-2610 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for a period not to exceed thirty days, or both.

Effect of Amendment

2019 Act No. 69, Section 1, substituted "is guilty" for "shall be deemed guilty" and "five hundred dollars" for "one hundred dollars".
