CHAPTER 40 - GRAIN DEALERS GUARANTY FUND
Section 46-40-100. Administrative costs.

The department may retain and expend one hundred thousand dollars of the interest from the Grain Handlers Guaranty Fund to cover the costs associated with administering the program.
