CHAPTER 39 - FARMERS' ASSOCIATIONS
Section 46-39-120. Call for payment of subscriptions.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 46-39-120 (2018)
The board of directors shall call for the payment of the subscriptions to the capital either in whole or in such installments as it may see fit.
