CHAPTER 13 - FIREMEN'S PENSION FUNDS IN CITIES
Section 9-13-90. Annual report of board.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 9-13-90 (2017)
The board of trustees shall make a report to the city council of the condition of the pension fund within sixty days after the end of each fiscal year of the city.
