CHAPTER 13 - FIREMEN'S PENSION FUNDS IN CITIES
Section 9-13-60. Selection of depository.

A board of trustees of a firemen's pension fund hereunder shall select a bank or banks in which all monies shall be deposited by the treasurer of the board.
