CHAPTER 9 - ADOPTIONS
Section 63-9-50. Children who may be adopted.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 63-9-50 (2017)
Any child present within this State at the time the petition for adoption is filed, irrespective of place of birth or place of residence, may be adopted.
