CHAPTER 11 - CHILDREN'S SERVICES AGENCIES
Section 63-11-10. "Child welfare agency" defined.

Any agency, institution or family home engaged in the business of receiving children for care and maintenance, either part or full time, shall be classed as a child welfare agency.
