CHAPTER 13 - COUNTY SUPERINTENDENTS OF EDUCATION
Section 59-13-40. Vacancies in office.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 59-13-40 (2017)
The State Board of Education shall, except as otherwise expressly provided, fill all vacancies in the office of county superintendent of education for the unexpired term.
