CHAPTER 115 - STATE EDUCATION ASSISTANCE ACT
Section 59-115-170. Exemption of bonds from taxation.

The principal of and interest on bonds issued pursuant to this chapter shall have the tax exempt status prescribed by Section 12-1-60.
