Section 57-11-290. Issuance of bonds by Governor and State Treasurer.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 57-11-290 (2017)
Following receipt of a certified copy of the resolution of the state board the Governor and State Treasurer shall issue state highway bonds in accordance with the provisions of the resolution of the State Fiscal Accountability Authority.
