CHAPTER 11 - PARTICULAR AIRPORTS
Section 55-11-380. Exemption from taxes.
Universal Citation: SC Code § 55-11-380 (2017)
Property and income of the district shall be exempt from all taxes levied by the State, county or any municipality, division, subdivision or agency thereof, direct or indirect.
